I talk to the guy that used to own my boat number of years ago. He stated with that 16x18 LH prop, He was getting 4500 rpm`s so he said one time that he only got 3100 like I am getting now. Looks like mine except mine are blue. I got this info off of a google search for Paragon V-Drive Ratios PV 31 - 1:1 PV 32 - 1.5:1 PV 33 - 2:1 I have the PV31.
