Re: PARTS BOAT ALERT MIDCABIN INTERNATIONAL

Hi RWS

Not sure how to get it there, I have a few friends who are truck drivers I will ask them to see if they get anywhere close to Florida, Maybe throw it on top of a load headed that way. I am flying to the keys in a couple of weeks but do not think i could get it in my carry on.

Re: PARTS BOAT ALERT MIDCABIN INTERNATIONAL

Hey RWS

If you are looking for a swim platform for a 10 meter I have one in my basement that I offered to Midnight Calbouy but he never came to get it so I was going to cut up and scrap. If you are interested you can have it for free platform and stainless brackets.

Great job you seem to be relentless on this project most people would have given up but you are getting closer by the week, I can not wait to see it in the water.

I just talked to Allen maybe three or four weeks ago and he had just got out of the hospital for a blood clot in his leg now this th...

Re: trim tab switch

Hey Aaron yours works port down = starboard tab down and vice versus when we ran your boat I was working them but I must admit on my first boat with tabs I did not understand the tabs because the mechanic in me said port down should be port tab going down I almost rewired it but then I got used to i...

Re: engine room extinguisher - mid cabin

I would guess those measurements are pretty close you have to figure your engine room is full of equipment that take up volume ( engines, generator, fuel tanks ) also it may be the difference in the Halon itself. My insurance company would not reinsure me until I had my system certified and since it...

Crusader blue paint

I just painted my new elbows, risers and water pumps with a can of paint I purchased 2 years ago. It looks more like ford blue than my original crusader blue and I am pretty sure this topic was just discussed and somebody gave a part # for the proper color but I could not find that post, my paint wa...

You really only have to seal it on the outside, clean all surfaces real good and install. There is multiple choices for thru hulls Bronze, stainless, plastic, nylon and some others I can not think of right now. Bronze and stainless I would say are the best but also the most expensive and not necessa...

Great choice! congrats to Aaron and Scott, I guess I am slip neighbors to a star now and Aaron this means you will have to burn some fuel this year in fact I think if we have a get together at St Michaels the tri cabin will have to be there what does everybody think about that ?
