Re: F-36 Pre Launch repairs Advise

Could you be talking about play in the tranny? The problem is that you said the shaft stays stationary so I'm a little confused, and we need clarification to assess properly. If you're moving the prop and the shaft stays stationary then the issue lies at the prop end. If there is play when you're t...

Re: F-36 Pre Launch repairs Advise

So I removed the prop today had a good look at everything had a good look at everything. After today I `m thinking that it is not play between the prop and the shaft , but possibly in the shaft were it enters the boat?

Re: F-36 Pre Launch repairs Advise

Here is a picture of the drain in question. They look to be machine screws with a nut on the other end. 2 of them are bent on the other side , not broken off just wondering if i could just replace the 2 or leave it ..

F-36 Pre Launch repairs Advise

Hello everyone, Looking for a bit of help on a few repairs I have to make before I put my f-36 in the water . 1) One of my props has some play in it, by that I mean I can move it on the shaft slightly each way , left to right while the shaft stays stationary. Not sure what the problem is there, 2) I...

What Size Bilge Pumps.

I figure I would start the repairs to my boat with bilge pumps. I have a layout of the boat f-36 tricabin, shows 3 bilge pumps . I was just wondering
1) what size
2) should they all have automatic floats.
3) should they all be wired in series.

Thanks

Both seem to be at 50.

ok. The other engine buzzer doesn`t go off on start up so it might be the buzzer itself . Each one does show a light which stays on.

The marina is closed for the season so no pump out available . Yes the buzz does turn off once the boat is started , seems to run fine and good oil level.

Well I have decided to yank it out. got a great price on storage and for the haul out. I need to take care of all the winterizing myself though, to cut down the costs. So any help with that as to were to start would be great.

Is the ceramic heater safe to run in the main cabin area. I am currently running one one the kitchen counter on Low .

Yes seems like the cost of in water storing are adding up. The boat also needs alot of work mostly cosmetic, So my plan was to work on it throughout the winter .
