Can anybody tell me what the recommended thermostat temp is for the 289 / I was thinking of going to a 180 from 160, any recommendations?

I recently purchased 1966 28foot sport fisherman, does anybody have orginal spec sheets and brochures for this boat. I have looked around but no luck. I think there is something different about this boat as it is powered with counter rotating 289 interceptors. thks for help Paul
