Paul, thank you. Many boats I have been involved with seem to have minor handling problems and as you say- figure it out it is usually nothing. I am satisfied that the 26 is what I want.

I would like to thank Chuck and many others that have answered questions on this site. This is a great site for those of us that like to do it ourselves

I am looking at several earlier F26 Trojans. If the boat has been taken care of, will the age of the fiberglass be a problem far as cracking etc. The deck gets a lot of sun-does this affect the glass. I am looking to purchase a clean F26 and have been doing a lot of research on line but can not seem to find out if there were any hull changes from say 1977 to 1982. This is the perfect boat for my wife and I to do short overnight cruises. To bad they stopped making it.
