Wes, You have a lot of boat, a lot of weight and not much space. I have been on one aft cabin 10 Meter, but not a flybridge model. As I see it, every inch of space was used with that design. Based on the weight issue, you might consider replacing your tabs going from the factory 9" to 12" ...

What year 10 Meter? Is it a midcabin, express cruiser, aft cabin or convertible? If she is an 10 Meter express cruiser without the midcabin you have a tremendous amount of room below the rear cockpit deck, outboard of the factory 242 gallon tank. You could have two custom made aluminum tanks mounted...

I have a friend with an 11 Meter, I think it's a 1984.

If I remember, she had a referigerator/freezer that was side by side, I think it was a stainless sub zero brand, but it's been a while.

You might try googling a few key words AND the dimensions.

Good Luck,

Greetings to the Southern Hemisphere! You have a three line Hynautic system. On my system the Helm would leak in cold weather. WIth the seals nearly 25 years old I looked at rebuilding both the helm and the slave systems. After careful consideration I decided to replace both units with a new 2 line ...

Look for a possible bad ground.

Check the ground system for resistence with an ohm meter.

If that's not it, on the positive side, start tracing down where you loose the voltage.

Thanks for the pictures and post. This forum is GREAT ! I'm in a similar situation and can see that the main galley countertop is all tied in. The International has no "lip" and I own a router which means could simply make a pattern and build new formica sheets for the galley top and match...

With my Yanmar 315 LP installation, similar to Apple, I ended up with the same sizes & specs as he did. We also chose to enlarge the side exhaust ports on our International, and to include a new anti-siphon loop with new outlets as an insurance policy against the possibility of snorting sea wate...

If your engines arfe fine, keep burning the gas. If your engines are ready to retire, then look at the DIFFERENCE in cost between diesel and gas. Replace your worn out gas engines with the brand new gas engines and use her for 1-2 seasons, your boat is worth nothing more on resale. Replace the worn ...

I have the Raymarine c-80 on my 10 meter.

Specking directly from experience, I highly reccomend using the fairing block (I think that's what it's called) to change the angle from a bit sideways to directly downward AND to reduce turbulence, which can create false readings at planing speeds.

I have been using a Lewmar Freefall FF600 model which I added new in 2002. The boat was originally not equipped with a windlass. This is a 10 Meter International. The combination chain and rope gypsy works well. In these waters (West coast of Florida) I use 30' of chain and 170' of three strand rode...

Yes Virginia, there IS a drain hole. Sometimes these can get stopped up with the accumulated muck, silt yuck that comes up on the rode. Remove all your rode and get the hose up there. If it's especially filthy you might even start off with a shop vac. The hole is below the bow pulpit centerline of t...

David, You're running a DIESEL generator in a GASOLINE ENVIRONMENT. THIS IS A POTENTIALLY DEADLY SITUATION AS THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ON THE GEN SET IS PROBABLY NOT COMPLIANT TO RUN IN A GASOLINE ENVIRONMENT. THIS IS SERIOUS. YOU COULD GO BOOM. Next Gen power systems makes a 5kW genset that has a CERT...
