Does the water drainage under the Hull LINER, ALSO EXTEND outside ( outboard) of the Two Center Stringers???

Thank you RWS! Yes, Captain Morgan is a nice 10 meter EXpress Cruiser and I have made a lot of upgrades throughout the boat, including a new pexiglass companion Entry door.
