Re: Bottom Paint

Is there really a difference if you are in fresh vs salt water as to what product you should use. I boat in fresh water.

Re: Winterizing Batteries

Temp here may hit -20 - 25 twice a season. Jan / Feb. Some nothing, others un hook pos and neg. When boats are out of the water. No body has shore power to keep battery charger operational.

Re: 75 F32 Ignition Switches

"""The further we go the behinder we get"""A three way switch is? 1. off, 2 turn to left to on position. " gauges will activate " 3 turn farther to the left and engines will crank.
I have toggle switches a both helms. No key required to start this boat.

Re: 75 F32 Ignition Switches

As prowlersfish mentioned regardless of switch setting gauges should be operating at both helms. Is this true on your boat?

Re: 75 F32 Ignition Switches

Just finished filling 32 holes with Marine-Tex and then gelcote on the Bridge console. There are more loose unconnected wires than I care to think about.

Re: 75 F32 Ignition Switches

I do have the manuals and will attempt to find the diagrams. May take a day or two. Our outside temp is 36 ferinheig...

Re: 75 F32 Ignition Switches

When engines are running, gauges at both stations should be reading regardless of that station's ignition switch it turned on or off. So if you start the engines from lower station you shouldn't have to turn bridge switches on for the gauges to read - they should already read This is definitely not...

Re: 75 F32 Ignition Switches

From what I understand, because I last started and stopped the engines from the lower helm. I need the switches there to be on in order to start from the upper helm.
