I believe the way the regulation reads, if you are fishing from a licensed boat, for food for your family, your are OK. Marinas are considered essential business's to the marine industry and are exempt. Don't know what the regs are if your slip happens to be in Balto Harbor. Don't go into Charm City...

It appears the cabin was gutted of OEM furnishings, sink, fridge, dinette and head. I wonder how that weight lost in the cabin and the weight gain of moving the hardtop and station forward, looks about three feet or so, effects the handling of the boat in a follow sea? Is the diagram contradicting the instructions? Looks like the thin or jam nut is second nut on shaft in drawing. Maybe I'm misinterpreting these instructions ?

Could be something like Trojan put on the F-26 to make the boat think it is longer, so as to diminish the effect of following waves. That is what I have been told about my F-26. It may help some but doesn't solve the problem completely , I know..
