Anyone done this? I have a 1983-4 10M Trojan Int w/o a pulpit mounted anchor hoist, and would like to install one. Any tips?

Has anyone had experience with repairing the fiberglass seals on the side of the hull where the exhaust exits engine compartment and goes out side of the boat on each side? I have slow leakage occurring.

Can anyone tell me something about this transmission, or where I can learn about it? I have twin 350s in a fly-bridge cruiser and blew a starboard trans last fall (forward, but no reverse). I had it re-built by the marina boat repair shop, but after it was installed, even though it apparently worked...
