Re: Cappy's f32 rehab

Rich - Just a hunch but your new engines may have come with sending units for VDO gauges and if your boat has original gauges, they are Delco. Bob at Beacon can help you with sending units. Also, make sure you have the right configuration of single or dual station sending units. Temp gauges were re...

Re: Cappy's f32 rehab

Having what I believe to be a fuel issue and potentially one engine pulling back the other. I get to 4k rpms for a very short time, then both engines pull back by themselves to about 3k rpms. Gally looks great. I'm hoping to be back in the water by next week. Having her cleaned and waxed while on the hard. Then once it's in long island at the new house I'll do the inject a deck on the fly bridge and bow.

Re: Cappy's f32 rehab

Ok been a while since I posted or updated. It's been a terrible running season. Long and short of it is 2 new engines. If anyone needs any parts from ford 351 Merc 233 engines let me know. 2 rebuilt carburetors, air intakes, fuel pumps, starters, etc. Anything I can salvage off of the engines I will...

Hummmm....really.... didnt look like it from the top. Might have the intake cleaned as well then if i have t...

Re: F32 patio glass removal

Marina has a fork lift with long forks to launch and lift boats. This might be the easiest way then. Trying to find an engine now for the right cost and see what parts i might be able to salvage off this engine if i can if i go the long block route from michigan motors
