Engine room ladder

I have a 1994 37’ Trojan cruiser.
Does anyone know where I could find a ladder or have one fabricated to get into my engine room?

Thank you I was leaning in the direction of above the fender holder I like the idea of the name on the sides a lot though

Just got my 1994 37’ Trojan cruiser last summer and me and my wife love it.
Any ideas on boat name placement
