I think you'd look better in a nice late 60's 36 sea voyager flybridge sedan or a late 60's 42 sea voyager flush deck motor yacht.

Another thing to consider, Bondo is not waterproof. Dura -Glas is. But, i think i'd mix up another batch of microballoons as it would be much stronger & able to withstand the flexing of the boat better.

There's always Mahagony. Original Trojans were Phillipine, but Honduras is better. I'm repairing mine with Honduras. Go with a satin finish or use Captains Varnish for the glossy look.

You don't need to be a professional woodworker to fix your boat. look at my pictures & you'll see. Call J & S Marine @ 315 622 -1095 ask for Jimmy. He's a Trojan expert & a Venture Trailer dealer. Venture's are PRIMO trailers. We do wood at J & S. Especially Trojans.

Sounds like they didn't put enough vents in your shrink wrap. Should have been at least 2.

The way mine works is : Starboard engine charges the starting battery. both engines use the starting battery. Port engine charges the house battery. If your starting battery dies, you push the emergency start switch & it transfers the power from the house battery to the starting battery to get t...

Old Wiring Diagrams

Hi , Does anyone have the wiring diagrams for a 68 42' sea voyager fdmy ? We need the 12 volt & 120 volt along with the polarity system. My buddy has a real cobbled up mess & I would like to bring it back to original specs. Thanks.
