Replacing Black Water Lines - (Sanitation Hoses)
The marina is in the midst of finally replacing my aged black water sanitation hoses. It was time to do this job last year and I've waited eighteen months for the job to actually begin. Thank you pandemic. But the pandemic has also provided a foolproof excuse for lots of things - including poor mana...

Re: 1995 Trojan 390 Express
CallMeIshmael - That's tough luck for sure with regard to that wood rot scenario. I'm assuming you will tear it out and replace the wood and build up the fiberglass around it from scratch and repair properly. Having a professional do it is probably your best move in the long run unless you have part...

Re: Princess Range problem
Trying to remember specifically, but it seems to me on my former Trojan I had to choose between the oven or the burners. Not both at the same time. There was a switch. Could you have flipped it down accidentally? If that wasn't what you really meant, then I apologize. You probably meant that when th...

Re: Estimated Speed
Hi Napa, I have owned several wooden boats. Trojan's SeaBreeze line-up competed with the Chris Craft Cavalier line of boats. Your hull is a smooth side, V-bottom planing style I believe. You probably also have a bit of a skeg extending down from the centre of the hull like a keel. It really helps yo...

Re: F25 Renovation Inside & Out
This F25 was adopted by a good family.
We've mostly all been there, Dru
I spent 16 years with my previous Trojan (Tricabin)..... ripping out and replacing, improving etc.
Great work. Looking forward to seeing photos of your progress. What's your plan for the head??

Re: 1996 390 Windshield Screw Cover
Hi, The foam that I was referring to in the above post is found right here at our own Trojan Online Store. Please go over to the store and you'll find it. Tap on Trojan Parts under the Categories Heading. Then tap on International Series in the drop down menu under International Series. Then in the ...

Re: Updating a Trojan keeping it traditional
Hi Gignatius, Don't know if you already bought the boat. A survey is a very sound approach before forking over the cash. Make sure the rear bedroom is NOT leaking at both rear corners. The water will soak your shins while you sleep. It's a common weakness in these old girls but it CAN be fixed. Bett...

Hi, Good to hear from you. I know exactly what you're referring to and although I had previously located a source, darned if I can find where I "carefully" filed it away. These people here https://www.mcmaster.com/ might be able to point you in the right direction. They have some foam type...

Re: 1972 trojan 36ft tri-cabin
Hi Tro52, My former '74 Tricabin had chrome transmission handles. I have not seen wooden handles on these boats nor heard of them until now. Are you sure the previous owner did not change out the stock handles for custom wood units? Maybe someone more experienced than I will have an answer for you. ...
