Msd ignition
Hey all, just wondering if anyone here has veered away from the Mopar module and ran an aftermarket ignition system, if so, any benefits? Thanks, oh and still wondering about the 8 holes above my galley sink

Hey, bringing this back to life. In the F25 brochure, what are the 8 holes cut in above the galley sink? For liquor bottles? Thanks.

Re: Carter AFB Metering Rod Questions.
Here's my idea, I initially sweated the cost, but it made such a huge in improvement with hot starts, fuel economy, I couldn't have been happier. Edelbrock 1409, everything bolted right up , fired right up,

Re: what wax and cleaner to buff boat?
I second the 3m restorer and wax, I had great results, my only complaint is after essentially bleaching and scrubbing the hull and top sides was the tannish color of the wax made the non skid look super white making everything else appear off white.. This product after a good scrub with a scotch bri...

Re: Up Grades
Put together a tender for the summer, keeping our two Boston's over the weekend was creating some problems. Came across this particular model at the Chicago boat show. after months of research, I settled on this one. It is a Silver marine 240 Nemo AD, and a Honda 2hp long shaft out board, not a lot ...

Re: Starboard Engine Stalling Without Warning.
This sounds a lot like a old gm one wire alternator, that is self exciting, externally regulated. These use a resistor wire to keep from back feeding the ignition, where it would keep running after the key is turned off. If these aren't wired right it it cooks the coils, some coils like the pertroni...

Re: Another fuel tank question!
I attempted that, the access on deck is centered over the sending unit leaving no room to pull out the pick up. I'm still up in the air on this tank removal. I "think" if I remove the risers and and exhaust along with the ignition tray. It might come out ;/ I'm for sure not cutting the dec...
