you dont know the condtion of the bottom ? bet a haul up and clean the bottom /runing gear will fix it

I would stay a way from the pvc not good for suporting any weight are your old panels missing ?

the boat is 30 foot . it is a F30 trojan "clean machine " great boat had one but sold it last summer to move up to a F36 conv.
