My f26 leaked badly when I bought her and most was coming thru between the frame and the cabin. Used 4200 and have no side leaks now. Roy

Thank you, it is a very nice boat in great condition. We really like it. It is a lot of boat for a 26 footer. I think it has classic lines that never go out of style.

wHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET RID OF OLD OXIDIZED GELCOAT AND PUT A SHINE BACK ON MY HULL AND TOPSIDES. ALSO HAS ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH PLOY PREP/POLY GLOW STUFF?

Boy, you sure did a nice job on her. I was wondering where you got the time, till I realized your season is limited way up north there! Down here in north Florida we can boat year round! Please do post some more pics , I bet the interior is beautiful too. Roy

I heartily recommend looking into a f26 hardtop. I wanted a sizable "cabin" cruiser that I could tow to various dive, cruise and fish locales and my f26 is perfect. As to towing, my v8 chevy 1500 (1/2 ton) pulled it but not well. It only had the 4.6 liter engine and higher gear ratio tho. ...

I would buy a good used fiberglass model. There is enuff work on one in good shape.
