Re: F36 Convertible Sliding Door Track

Not too many since it was 85 degrees outside Thankfully, it was 16 F here this morning. It's awesome because I went shopping after work last night. I bought myself some frozen dinners to keep for late nights at work. When I got home, I just pulled them out of the grocery bag and left them in the ca...

Re: F36 Convertible Sliding Door Track

The picture of the door frame (1st pic) is from the side on my workbench. I actually just slid the bottom part of the door off the glass and everything so I didn't have to haul the whole door home. The bottom picture shows the actual orientation. The photo without the glass threw me off -- now I un...

Re: F36 Convertible Sliding Door Track

El L Sea, I am not sure about the orientation of your photos. Are the wheels vertical or horizontal when installed? The wheels screw into the bottom of the door, and the tracks screws where the old track was. So I guess you could say the orientation is the wheels roll along the deck. The picture of...

Re: F36 Convertible Sliding Door Track

On my 12m, the tracks were a mess. I almost considered dumping the sliding door and going with a more modern sport fishing style hinged door, but it was cost prohibitive. I instead replaced the bottom of the door with a captured poly wheel setup from Boat Outfitters, and then screwed poly track down...

Re: 10 Meter - Wiring schematics

You can order a full system schematic from Beacon Marine. Go to the Trojan store on this site to order. You will need your hull ID. Even though things in my 12m had changed, it was easy to see what previous owners had done, and explained a lot about my specific boat. Well worth the money.

Re: Water to the head – 1987 8.6 Meter Express

Mine is, and based on the build sheet, has always been, plumbed in with the freshwater tank. last stop before the head sink. It is a vacuflush, and when I did some work on it, added a valve at the base, so that if there was a clog, you wouldn't have to add water every time you tried to flush.

Re: Project "Tri Fly"

I really think the black bottom looks good. I changed mine from "matching paint" to black last time as well.

Re: 1987 10M Sedan bilge pump question

Same boat, and what others have said in regards to pulling out one of the drawers in the transom. Starboard side "drawer" on mine to really see it. Nothing ever but dust around mine, as any water generally moves forward and stays there. With clear scuppers and lazerette drain, I (almost) ...

Re: 1987 10M Sedan bilge pump question

I have a hatch on top of the fuel tank. You can see it in the picture dead center below the fuel fill.

Re: 1987 10M Sedan bilge pump question

On my 12m it is all the way back behind the gas tank. It and the float switch are mounted on a aluminum bar that is secured to the top of the rudder support. Basically the bar holds them down against the bottom of the bilge, but allows them to be pulled for servicing.

Re: Trojan 12 Meter

We love ours, although we have not had her out as much as we would like so far. Only been out in 4 footers, but not even a shudder. We don't even turn into boat wakes any more, because it feels like a platform instead of a boat. Dry on the flybridge as well, since the Delta Conic hull tends to defle...
