Been a member for over 25 years. GREAT people. Get the towing insurance. I was a BOATUS tow boat captain for three years in the Florida panhandle. A average tow is about $600.00

Shop Vac is the ticket!! suck the water out, along with the wire ties, nuts, ect.. and then dump properly (wifes rose bush that gets you when you cut the lawn, neighbors pine trees, ...)

we live in p-cola and keep the boat on bayou grande. we don't fish. cruise to destin and the ICW. Ft. Mcrae. This has not been a good week for boating

They make a automatic trim tab control. Bennett's AC3000 is about $300.00 and is easy to install and use. I have had mine for three years and love it. Once you set it, it will make trim changes for you. You can re-set it anytime your load changes.

Panama citybeach, Destin, and we live in Pensacola. We make the cruise to Destin on a regular basis. Now that the oil spill is history, we will make the cruise to Biloxi, MS. and try some cards. As for Pensacola, Ft. Mcrae is the spot!!. Great anchorage/swimming hole/party spot.

O.K. Good news. Kind of. I replaced the manifolds, risers, and U-coolers. Did threee oil changes, took her out on sea trials, did one more oil change, and everythings looks great. water in oil. If it was oil in water, I think I should see a slick at the exhaust. No slick.

the manifolds are FRESH water cooled.(coolant). the risers are raw water cooled

Oil was at the full mark. I think I caught this issue just as it happened. Will remove the U-cooler and pressure test. I did remove the inboard riser. Yeah it looked rusted, but I don't look at enough of them to know if it was bad or not.
