The waste appears to enter the front of the pump and exits the rear of the pump which leads directly to the sea cock. I don't see a t valve.

My family and I do our boating on the Allegheny River about 20 minutes from the city of Pittsburgh. It looks like you have a nice F-32. We also looked at several F-32's... very nice boats.
