Some of us have GFS-10 fuel flow sensors inline after the filters to measure fuel flow to each side.
They're integrated into the GPS, which can show MPG. I quickly disabled that feature.....

That makes me suspect you have the neutral and ground tied together somewhere on the #2 side of the panel. Perhaps in an appliance. Unplug all of them, then reconnect them one at a time. But first, check the ground/neutral connection at the boat's shore power receptacles. What is the resistance bet...
