I would agree with cutting the hose for sure. It was a small piece and getting it free was tough for sure...I think in the end I cut it after working it for a while.

I should have baffles for sure. I think my 60's have two actually, and my fifties have at least one, but may have two.

My 77 has fuses as well. But when I bought mine 2 years ago, the blowers were bad and they had to be replaced. Hope you don't have that issue, it was the first thing I fixed in 2012. Put two mid ships tanks in my f32 last year. These guys did a great job for me. They had the drawing in stock for the tanks.

Did you put foot pedal switches in there as well? Not sure if I want them but was wondering if you did.
