I had ice last year when we wrapped the thing in late Dec. It left a film of ice in the forward bilge and didnt seem to bother anyhing. Needless to sayI wrapped ealier this year

Im in. I have three nasty sliders and would replace all the channel if its available. Seeing as we are not spending fuel, my boat will be cleaner and shiny this year.

workin on it now, did the guest cabin from underneath. This winter i;ll do more.. lots wet balsa has dried out on the boat and left many empty holes. quick fix is to drill a one and a half inch hole, suck out the crud and fill with LOTS of polyester.

I have an old one in the back yard,,,, hahahaaa Take a lot of measurements,, width, angle, etc. the strut will give you the same location, comes with a cutlass bearing installed and the angles must match. Location holes dont really matter. Use all new hardware!!!!!

F36 are 33C Lower helm is 16 Port Side and 13 Stbd. Now Im doing the Port upper helm. I will soon be suffering from muscle atrophy with the new cables. Previously I had to have the strength of an olympic shot put thrower in my left pec. :P :P :P

just filled a coupla holes myself.. fill up a plastic measuring cup and pour it into the holes you drilled

I had the same issue with the rotary switch, it was careless tightening of a scrw on the switch allowing the wire to touch the next. Check every connection
