I thought I would describe a strange issue I had this past weekend on my 1977 F30 Express with 2 318's. that is some great advice what is a normal reading on the round globe that covers the thermostat? by the way... my temperature gouge on helm, shows NO reading at all... I am thinking when my engine got to a VERY HIGH temperature, it damaging something, most likely the temperature sensor? thanks agai...

I took my starter of the other day, and did not see the solenoid ... is it part of the battery combiner?
So if i want to remove Emergency combiner, I need to get a solenoid and hook that up?

I want to remove my engine synchronizer on my 1976 Trojan F30 Express with 2 318's has anyone done this? What needs to be done... I don't want any connections between the 2 engines? I have read that some synchronizers actually sync the running of the 2 engines, but i don't think trojan's like mine h...

I blew out my freeze plug behind the bell housing on my 1976 Chysler 318 F30 Express boat. Have any of you been through this. Any advice on me doing this myself? Are there any good video's out there describing the process? Thanks for any help!

@ Liberdade: I think you were right... I had a slight leak in fittings that was letting air and water in/out. Once I tightened everything up , it worked like you said... turn on switch and leave it on. Thanks for your guys help!!
