I think I'd look at the pump impeller first & go from there.

Since you're on Cayuga Lake & don't appear to be coming to Liverpool, Try Mahaney Canvas at Beacon Bay Marina. Ask for Willis or Tim.

You may get lucky & it might only be a softplug on the back of the block, That's where I'd look first.

Where on the seneca river are you keeping the boat? I'm at J&S. They know more about Trojans than anybody. 2 harbors to choose from too.

First you need a good surveyor. Wayne Robinson is the best around here. 315-689-6854 After you get it in the water, come down the Seneca River & stop at J&S & say hello.
