dirkpitt1 You can get by with this if the shaft is aquamet 17,19 or 22 with a safety factor of 3 if its just plan old S.S. 304 or 316 it wont take it .( bet you have aquamet 17 )if fact it would not have held up to your small block . I would use what you have and prop it so it hits full rpm (4800+) ...

dirkpitt1 have you check with bob at Becon marine or try calling near by prop shops and there is all ways ebay I belive rossjo used the same prop calc. as I did is so you fuel burn will be higher then what is posted. the fuel burn looks like its for diesel . other then that it should be real close I...

I belive a 12x10 will be what you need I checked a prop cal. I have
based on 200-220 hp and 5500 gross weght ( I only guessed ) this should get you top end high 20s (4500 rpm) cruse at 3000 apox 20 mph
if your weght or hp is difrennt let me know and I will recheck

I would stay with the glass you can get the window chanels here at trojanboats.net I done think there is any thing on the winows but the eges are rounded( I think)

if closed cooling 160-180 will be ok ( I rather have the 180 ) if raw water cooled better go with 140 deg. stat
