Have a 6.5 Onan on my 1981 F32 and wondering if any one has rebuilt one and is worth the work. The last couple of seasons has not run. Any opinions???

I meant to say it was the lower station

so to get at it, have to unscrew gauge panel and lift it up??? Is it a easy repair??

I notice on my starboard engine that the alarm does not sound when I begin to start it. Its a 1981 F 32, where is the alarm located??

Going to replace risers and manifolds. was wondering about high heat marine gasket sealant to use for gaskets. Do you use gaskets also and put sealant on or no gaskets or just gaskets alone??

I cleaned the filter which is under floor in the galley. Pump runs but not pumping water. Will check next trip to see if hoses are clean.

Shower pump turns on but does not pump. Cleaned filter in line and still does not pump water. Where is the location of the pump???? Replace or is it easy to fix???

As I try to fill the fresh water tank there seems to be a blockage at the top of tank. I took hose off to first check and that was fine. After I secured on hose and put floor back, still same problem.. Is there some kink of back flow valve at top of tank?? Any ideas??

Replacing exhaust manifolds and elbows on a Chrysler 318 raw water cooled. I have heard that you might be able to have them boiled out like a radiator and re use. Any ideas???

I am raw water cooled ,and it might be over kill, but I change the impellers and thermostats yearly. I figured for the few $$$ spent well worth piece of mind and so much easier doing it on land
