Re: F-32 Stereo / Speaker ideas...
i have the lowrance sonic hub and other lowrance hds stuff, the sonic hub is a good unit. i dont like drilling into things either and if you use it you could always use the fusion wired remotes (link below) instead of having to turn on the nav gear or use thehds unit when its turned on to control yo...

It's day trips for fishing with me. 14 hours away from shore power at the most. Primarily, I want to keep the mini fridge running and a pair of 160 amp hour forklift batteries ought to do that. Maybe heat up my lunch in the nuker. I dont use the freezer and I have been keeping that packed with ice ...

Re: MCCK Generator
Thanks for the update Bob. You should take a look at one of the "Pass Through" inverters like I'll be running. It passes the shore power through the inverter and you never have to sorry about switching the power. But a friend of mine is doing your idea with his fridge and it seems to work...

Re: Generator help, you guys were always good to me in the p
did you post this question on the hull truth forum? did you do other troubleshooting that others had suggested? does the genset start right up after it shuts down or do you have to wait for a while? since it would be easy to check the shut down circuits on the oil, water etc it would be easy to jump ...

I then decided to blow into the fuel lines to see if they were maybe clogged but we could here the bubbling in the tank there should be an antisiphon valve on the fuel line at the tank so if you blew air through the gas line and heard air bubbles in the tank then the valve is bad. its basically a c...

Re: Gas Tank Sender Float
not sure how deep your tanks are and sorry i cant help with the float but at the $17 price of this new sender it might just be worth installing it and tossing the old one or stealing the float off of it, the new ones are plastic http://www.amazon.com/Moeller-Marine-Electric-Universal-Sending/dp/B000...

Re: Holding tank, Toilet waste
i dont know how solid your waste may be but you may need to go in through the inspection or access port and manually break it up with high pressure water etc till its not stuck and then go pump out again maybe a couple times till you have no solids stuck in the bottom and that is somewhat cleaned ou...

Re: Wiring additional batteries

Re: Wiring additional batteries
i responded to one of your posts regarding batteries with a link to a battery load tester did you happen to look at it? still sounds like your batteries need attention. it would save you some effort to be able to test what you have and then replace the bad one in one trip rather than pulling them al...

Re: Wiring additional batteries
