Re: F32 leaking windows

Mine were leaking at the bottom of the frame, the butyl tape was dried out. And the windshield needed re sealed. The vent window still leaks a little. Have someone run a hose on it till you see water. If its the frame you'll have to drop the headliner to loosen the nuts. Then you can clean out the o...

Good luck. I have fractured 2 vertebrae before. That is serious pain. Careful with those meds. Take it easy they should be able to fix you. Best wishes

Re: LM 318, 225hp - anyone DYI rear main seal?

Are you sure it's the rear main seal and not the pan gasket? If it's the main you'll have to drop the rear cap. It really doesn't matter what seal as long as it's installed properly, lip forward with some sealant. You might even rotate it a little so the parting lines don't line up with the cap to b...

Re: Air Conditioning

What model F-32 do you have? I have a Express open and the cabin layout is different. I am putting it on the starboard side under the for most settee seat. Then run ducting through the closet. Someone has pics of it being done this way. I can't remember who.

Re: Tankless Water Heaters

There are (point of use) like an instahot that is for one fixture and there are tank less water heaters that would work great on a boat if. 1 they are rated for marine use and 2 do you have enough Amps to safely operate it. They have improved most of these and you can set the temp electronically. So...

Recoring hard top

Has anyone recored ther hard top or fly bridge floor? I'm looking for tips or pictures of the project. Would it be easier to split the 2 halfs rather than cutting out the top? Thanks in advance.

I was at the boat today and the glue your talking about looks and feels like contact cement. Try lacquer thinner and plenty of ventilation.

Nice job Buda. It looks great, better than newer boats and a fraction of the price.

Re: Removing Vinyl From Interior

I don't want to spoil your fun but. If your cabin is that wet I would check for rotten decks before you spend to much time or money. Check for leaks around the deck fittings and windshield after you have the headliner down.
