Re: Soft Deck (small area) Repair
That looks like a well-executed repair, it’s great that you didn’t have to do it from the top and mess up the no slip deck

Re: 440 overheating
Let's not forget to mention that an IR thermometer is great for checking to see how cold the beer is...... Sorry I can't add anything useful to this thread, but this made me laugh more than maybe it should have. I bought an IR thermometer about 6 months and haven't pointed it at anything that the i...

Re: Project "Tri Fly"
ouch $70,000, that's never happening :) Like the guys are saying I guess they are a must have if you're cruising a lot, that's not me at this point I have considered replacing the 400s at some point with a couple 5.9 dodge hemi engines, that's a couple years away if even possible. Re: Project "Tri Fly"
Got the bottom paint done, finally. 8 hours sanding and 3 coats on most areas. I like the look of the black a lot better than the blue that was there. I think the black makes the boat look a little newer, if that’s possible. I got 7 quarts of interlux for a deal on Kijiji, it had settled quite a bit...

Re: new top... FINALLY
Whoa Barrie thats a compliment coming from you! The white Phifertex Max illuminates the WHOLE salon but you cant see through it at all. The black Phifetex min is handy to PEEK through say when turning around or trolling but not for picking out navigational markers or fine vision. You can see throug...

Re: new top... FINALLY
I like the white cover over the windshield, do you get any light through it? can you see through it at all? I was actually thinking of a black or navy one to match my top that would likely add a lot of heat, which may be an advantage here in Ontario. We have a Sunbrella navy windshield cover and it...

Re: Trojan f36 tri-cabin survey lower back deck issues
This is my Try Fly, I'm thinking the Tricabin is similar. I think these pics will help with what Jimbo has described If you look VERY closely you can see the drains in these terrible pictures http://i1362.photobucket.com/albums/r696/barrieh/IMG_20150917_193758302_zpswnjxckkw.jpg http://i1362.photobu...
