We were at the rendezvous at each destination and I vote we try for cooler weather. At Lankford Bay it was so hot everyone stayed in their air conditioned boats. The Solomons was a little better but still HOT! Unfortunately it will take us all of next year to pay for this year's trip. Hopefully in 2...

Hi P-Dogg,

If you get to the rendezvous, please stop by and take a look at the 1st Flybridge/aftcabin that Trojan made in 1983.

Is anyone from this site, besides myself, going to the "official" rendezvous? It is about a 375 NM trip one way for us. We were at the rendezvous 2 years ago and it was great seeing other Trojans and what their owners had done with them.

When I was on a singing trip in Egypt, a friend of mine and I compared Johnny Walker Blue with my favorite 10 year old Glenmorangie and we liked the 10 year old better. Have you tried that one?

Hi Ron,
Are you going to be there through Sunday night? If not, are you going to try to get to the Solomons? I'd love to meet you (and your boat) personally.

Wes

Keep your fingers crossed that the weather cooperates.

How many boaters are going to the Solomons? We plan to be there at Zanheisers Marina on July 29th and 30th.

I guess nobody travels on their Trojans like we do. We're looking at around 1000 nautical miles on our round trip this summer, Clinton, CT to Washington DC and back.

Hello everyone,
We are scheduled to arrive at Port Kinsale on Sunday after a run from the Trojan rendezvous. I'm not sure what time we'll be arriving yet. That depends on weather and what time I get up Sunday morning.

When we got ours there was one vacuum pump and 2 duck bill valves on the pump. There was also a T connector with duck bill valves where the lines were joined to go into the tank. I replaced all the valves and also installed a second vacuum pump in the aft head so that if one head goes down I still h...

Why don't you commission her and run her there? It's a nice trip. Are the engines in need of major work?
