Same place on the 10.0 meter. It runs to the area just forward of the fwd bilge pump. It's a fiberglass tank, made into the hull, similar to the waste tank which is located between the inside stringers in the engine room.

Two 454's @ $3-4000 each = $6-8,000 not including the add on items like coolers, heat exchangers, carbs, hoses, elbows, etc, etc, etc. Crusader Captains Choice new 8.1's are about 13,000 each x2 = 26,000 Comparing NEW COMPLETE to same makes the DIFFERENCE between the gas & diesel less significan...

8.1's

I was about to do so on my 10 meter, however the factory 1.25" shafts were borderline acceptable for the 8.1's. Once I added in the shafts & props the cost between repowering to gas vs. diesel became smaller. If I did a gas repower, the vessel would be worth little more 5 years from now tha...

10 meter

This depends on your engine/transmission/prop configuration. Mid cabin nmodels had the engines farther aft with smaller props spinning at af aster rate of speed than the earlier models with the 454 and the velvet drive 1.91:1 transmissions I can help you with the non mid cabin info, and can also pro...
