Re: Great Lakes water levels
Wow
What is interesting to me is the lake is still 6" below today's all time high, which was set in 1973. Another 6" of water looks like it would be a complete mess!
How do you turn Niagara Falls off for a while?

Re: Rebeding hatches question
I just finished re-bedding all my deck hardware with Butyl. Picked away at it over the last 3 seasons. There are several threads on the board have good information and links. I used one of them to purchase the Butyl tape easy to do, just time consuming. Good luck http://www.pbase.com/mainecruising/b...

Welcome to the forum
I used to own a 77 F26 FB, noticed that you are missing the blower cover on the port side. I purchased one from Beacon for mine. Hopefully they have another. I also have a set of hatch bumpers for the engine hatch, if you need new ones I could send them to you.

4 blade wheels
Is anyone running 4 blades on an F32? I am rebuilding my Crusader 270's over the winter and refreshing my transmissions also. I have 1.52:1 72c turning 1.25 shaft. I am thinking about a pair of Acme 15 X 15.75 4 blades with .150 cup. ( 2272 and 2273 RH/LH) I am currently running dynajet 3's in 16 x ...

Re: Another New Member
My f32 has 2 support struts that are bolted to the deck from bottom. You should have an access port to get to these. Mine is an 88, but I assume this is standard.

Re: New F32 Owner tips on Vberth and Screen Door
How did you know "Ramona Rose" was our old boat? You must have seen her for sale? I have a home 50 miles south and use the Duluth Clist. We quit fishing Superior 25 years ago when the fishing went to hell, and moved to Lake Michigan. So now I drive 300+ miles to the boat, instead of 50. G...

Re: New F32 Owner tips on Vberth and Screen Door
Welcome to the forum! I take it that Ramona Rose is yours. good looking F28. I know there was a few F32's for sale up there last fall. Reel Deel was one of them. Maybe you could check Barkers Island for a screen door to copy. We bought a mattress topper and cut it to fit, then sewed up a cover for i...

Re: 10 meter international swim platform
I have the same project to do. I was planning on using Coosa Board. Spendy when compared marine plywood, but is 30% lighter than plywood and won't absorb water. My F-32 is tail heavy enough with all the down riggers and fishing gear, so I like the weight savings, but I also like having a platform. L...

Re: Shipping Costs for Trojan F30 Express
Last time I looked into it ( 2012) it was $3.00 per loaded mile including permits. Plus loading and unloading charges, plus cribbing. I was looking at moving a boat 500 miles and it was about 3 grand. I used a local hauler in 2014 to move an F32 with a hydraulic low-boy and it was $350 to move it 10...
