zinc anodes
I have a 1976 F30 single screw. There are some old anodes on the shaft and rudder, possibly elsewhere. I am wondering if anyone knows where I might find specs or general rule of thumb guidance regarding how to better protect.

So I went down to the boat today and visually inspected/verified that the new oil pump does not have the adjustment screw in the relief valve. Definitely keeping it that way. I haven't found anything regarding higher pressure during break in but I'm still researching that in the Buick and Pontiac fo...

thanks for all the responses today guys. Not sure about the oil that's in it right now, it's whatever the guys at motortech put in it. I'm also going to read through the break in instructions that came with the motor and if it doesn't mention pressure increases at initial startup(good call Big D) th...

My experience with Chrysler engines is limited to the inline 6 in my Jeep and I've done some research on my own but there is very little information out there(that I could find) regarding the whys and hows. Apparently, there is some sort of adjustment screw or nut on the (external?) oil pump. Used i...

@Lawman about that swim platform... it doesn't look stock to me. I have the owner's manual that came with it from the dealer when it was new and it doesn't look quite like the ones in the pictures. It is very nice, being all stainless, but I'm not sure what's under that paint. I'll let you guys know...

@Bid D I had another 440 long block built (block was junk) and bolted it up to the brand new manifolds/risers the PO had bought this past spring. Also had the heads completely rebuilt as well. Pretty much all new/rebuilt. I just have to replace belts/hoses/maybe a wire or two in the spring before I ...

Hey everyone I've been looking at this forum for a couple of days and I wish I found it when I bought my boat. I found you guys while doing a google search for interior cushions... My friend, who I will be convincing to also join this forum, has owned a 1976 F26 for a decade, more or less, so I have...
