I moved your post to the boat section ,you will get more traffic . You said you had cracks and they where leaking exhaust ? That s very rare on marine engines . Normally when you hear about marine manifolds cracking its from freezing . And they leaks water not exhaust .

Boating questions should be posted in the Trojan boat section if to get the most responses. The General Discussions area is a low traffic area and is generally used for non-boat repair related issues.

I just checked and yours is indeed a 1980 model built in 79 .

It could be a 1980 model built in late 1979 . Bob at Beacon can help you with that . If documented the CG likes to go by build date

While I don't know exactly where on the tri , over board is the norm on Trojans , if its going in the bilge you likely have a broken hose .

Both engines ? Did you perhaps leave the seacocks closed . Check the temp at the thermostat housind is a good place . Are you raw or closed cooling ?

Check with Beacon to see if the have any . if not a local glass shop should be able to make/cut what you need .

John L. (a former Trojan engineer ) Agrees on it being a Trojan Hull (F26 ?) and a Custom refit top sides . Get the numbers as posted above and we can find out more info . A of course more pictures would be great .
