Re: 1972 F-36 Salon window leaks
I posted this a while ago about my window leaks 1977 Tri Fly. It has sliders as well The "F" channels (they are called that by some suppliers) I don't think do anything to keep water from getting into the interior, they just separate the glass. Mine didn't even run end to end completely, t...

Re: Oil & Water Restoration Thread
The mast is very interesting, does it pass through the deck into the V berth to the keel or hull? Only if the sailboat beside me topples over. Then probably straight through the hull. Thanks for the motivation. When I was posting pictures, my wife looked over my shoulder and said wow, she rea...

I'm well into a rebuild as well, and sometimes I need to see some one else's misery to feel better about myself
Good luck with it

Re: Tricabin Cockpit U-Shaped Seating Reno
Barrie, after the hatch replacement you did with hydraulic assist, I don't think you need to make any excuses for your boat! LOL thanks! I'm putting the damn thing in the water this year, there will be no short cuts but maybe a few premade parts to save time  Still a great job on this bench, i...

Re: 10 meter international swim platform
Instead of replacing all the area that was wood, could you make an aluminum tube frame to put in the void. Glue it, bolt it or something.
It would be lighter!
