This Trojan is probably worth it's 49.5K asking price. It looks perfect.

Re: 1979 36ft TRICABIN only $6K

Sorry, but I think this boat is priced correctly. I would put a nice one in the 20-30K range but this boat is no where near that level. All the decks are soft? How much would that cost to fix? 50K for a 36 tricab? I disagree with that too. I can buy a newer Chris Craft 41 commander for that kind of ...

I knew something was wrong, there was a thread on underwater exhausts and there wasn't a peep from you. LOL.

I just have to say you have a very strange way of checking your bottom for bottom growth. Down here in Florida we use travel lifts.

Re: Question, clockwise counter clockwise motors

I don't see anyway that you can put a wrong rotation engine in and have it work fine without changing the prop or the gear shift but as the photo shows you are moving! There is something else going on that hasn't been discovered yet. Could it have been like this before? next time you start up take a...

Re: Please review my electrical system diagram [F 27]

Just taking a quick look I think you need to re-think your charging plan. You have the 110 V battery charger for you start battery and a solar charger for you house battery. I don't think that will be enough to keep up with the house bank. There are a large selection of chargers on the market today ...

Are you sure you got the wrong engine? From what you posted putting the engine if forward should make the boat go in reverse, because of the prop.

Re: Question, clockwise counter clockwise motors

I don't think anything will happen if you put it in gear. For the tranny to work you will need to reverse the pump on the tranny so it will work with the current engine rotation. You will need to remove the tranny to do this. After that you will need to change the propeller. The problem is I think t...

Re: Air Cond. location

I'm going to beat the dead horse a little bit more. I served in the Coast Guard, at the busiest SAR station in the world, Miami Beach. I have responded to enough boat fires and explosions to tell you that having a portable gas generator running in a enclosed engine room is like waving a gun at your ...
