I burned only about 200 gals all season, the boat has no hour meter, but she burns between 9 and 12gph. I am under the impression that the performance will be fairly close to the same. Currently your 360 ci motors are putting 250 hp. The 350 ci motors are about 270 hp. each. If swinging the same propellers, there would be almost no noticeable change. With the newer motors, you might be able to re-work...
