starboard side ignition switch tone comes on after slight pause then is constant until engine stars then goes off
port side, slight pause then beeps on and off (not constant) then off when engine starts
anyone know why the difference?

we have one fuel gauge not working
mechanic says if it's the sending unit it may be impossible to remove and replace
does anyone know if the fuel tanks even each other out and therefor only one gauge is necessary?

thanks for that to be clear I'm only looking for a way to secure the anchor while underway seems as if there are many ways to grab the chain with a line (mantus chain hook for one) does anyone have a good way to keep tension on the line which in turn would keep tension on the chain while underway? I am thinking of replacing the stock fuel filters the existing ones are anywhere from impossible to difficult to replace I would like to remove them completely and replace them with Sierra or Racor mounted where I can get to them easily I would like to run flexible fuel line from the new filter/sepe...

thx helps? yes and no no way am i crawling in from the rear hatch (generator is there, doable but not for me) I have gotten the starboard hatch out of the way (slides easily seat and all) I can see the filter but can hardly get my hands near it let alone maneuver a wrench to loosen a frozen canister...

there are three switches on the electrical panel in the galley labeled bilge pump should those be on all the time?
I see one pump with a float switch in the engine compartment
where are the other two?

thank you I believe the filter is crusader 97889 maybe sierra 18-7861 in any event it is attached to the engine carburetors were just rebuilt so I think no issues with those filters getting conflicting info thats why the questions crusader dealer out here says they don't use metal fuel lines anymore...
