Sounds like $$$ is the determining factor. On my last boat I had the simple hand-pump Jabsco toilet and it worked fine for just one head....cheap compared to the twin toilet Vacuflush system I have now

I had a similar problem with my Stbd engine, then it just wouldn't start. When I removed the check valve and reinstalled the fuel line she ran like a champ!! I replaced both check valves and no probs since

What's the BFD???? Looks like what I was fishing in last Dec. in Pokomoke Sound. This little Tri handled it all! We listed so hard one time the Port engine shut down because the oil pressure sensor sensed 0 pressure. LOVE my Tri!!

Here's my crash plan until I install crash valves
I have an awesome set of tin-snips on board....I have cut many hoses in less than 10 seconds. I can cut it just above the seacock and let it rest on the bilge floor.

I would hope everybody here knows to stick they're nose deep down into the bilge before every start.
+1 on Tony....I usually run mine about an hour after shutdown....removes heat also and that funky smell of hot hoses!

I love the sniffers....have one in the engine room and one @ aft fuel tank. They work perfect..... the engine room one went off after a backfire and the rear one went off when I spilled maybe 5 drops of gas while changing my fuel back flow preventers
