Re: Engine Confusion

From the factory the F 36 starboard engine is auto motive rotation (Standard) rotation. 2.1 ratio. This is true for all Tri Cabins with engines under the salon.

If you call us 609 713 4602 with the Hull number, three numbers followed by four numbers found on a aluminum plate about the size of a credit card. This plate will be by the AC DC panel or inside a door. Or find the TRJ number on the stern starboard side stamped into fiberglass. From one or the othe...

IF THERE IS WATER AROUND THE RUDDER POSTS THEN REMOVE ALL THE WATER AND INSPECT THE BOLTS FOR WATER SEEPAGE. IF YOU FIND SEEPAGE OF WATER THEN TRY TIGHTENING THE BOLTS. IF THIS DOES NOT STOP SEEPAGE THEN WE WOULD SUGGEST REPLACING THE NYLON BLOCKS.

YES THAT IS CORRECT.
IF YOU THINK THE WATER IS COMING FROM THE RUDDERS YOU COULD TRY TIGHTENING UP THE BOLTS ON BOTTOM. THEY SCREW INTO A BACKING PLATE. IT SHOULD BE EASY TO TELL IF WATER IS COMING IN FROM RUDDER BOLTS SINCE THAT AREA SHOULD BE ALWAYS DRY WHEN BOAT IS NOT UNDERWAY.

On the top was a nylon washer. There is no packing. The only reason for changing the nylon block or washer would ...

The wood supports are oak. The stainless steel part is NA and your best answer is what others have have said to get it had at a machine shop or metal fabricator.

Yes, if your engines are RWC then yes the manifolds would be as well. But all the Crusader 454 that Trojan sold were all closed systems. If the 454 you have are all RWC then someone removed the exchangers and turned them into RWC engines. So if that is the case then the manifolds should be changed o...
