I have had good luck getting fittings at Menards, if you have one in your area.

Re: Color Sonar With 10" Touch Screen Under $150
Flyboy - Were we building docks together? Saw your boat last weekend. We went with Rich to move his Roamer back home last Saturday. Small world. Will have to look both you guys up next time we are there. Great place at North Shore and the Boat House! Jhalb - which version of Navionics do you run? Wo...

Re: Color Sonar With 10" Touch Screen Under $150
I have seen those advertised. Wondered how they worked. Using the Navionics you can pull down map data and then run without a data connection right?
Flyboy - do you keep your boat at North Shore?

Sounds good, I'm sure it will be quite a while before we get back, but you never know. That is such a great area on the river!

Exhaust question
Our F-32 has a pair of Merc 230's. Center rise exhaust manifolds and 3" riser spacer blocks. Closed cooled. Here is the question. Where should the water block off plate be installed, top of riser block or bottom? When taken apart it was at the bottom. I could see an argument for either location...

Re: Dual Helm Ignition question
I do not have key ignition switches in either location. Both of my helms have a toggle switch for each engine. They are 3 position spring return on one position (OFF- maintained, ON - maintained, START- momentary) . I can start from either independently however if you start from one helm you cannot ...

Re: Dinghy ???
I have a 10' Apex RIB with a 15 HP motor on the back of my tricab. With a flat deck and vee hull, it is practically a portable amusement ride. Mounted with a $eawi$e davit. Tender tows just fine, but since the davit is so easy to use, we hardly ever do that. I got a RIB, because I didn't want the h...
