12m boarding stairs
I removed the stairs to get power coated and the panel it's mounted to is rotten and the bolts broke too. Anyone ever tackle this? I tried searching for boarding stairs but maybe they go by a different name?

Re: Need Info On Kubota/Phasor Generator Water Pump-43' Trogan-
Where did you end up getting the parts? I too have Phasor 7.0kw generator with the Oberdorfer raw water pump N202M-17P. The P on the end I think means is was special for Phasor generators. Two bolt flange mounts it to a Kubota diesel. All of the online sources stop at N202M-16 or have some data on t...

Detroit Diesel Engine Sticker Numbers
I took a few shots of the DD stickers that were on my motor this afternoon. Are they just part numbers and RPM limits or is there some other useful data on them?

Aristech data on hull
Hi, I was in the back of the boat near the port rudder box on my 12M Express and I noticed some peeling paint. When I removed the loose parts I found some numbers and a manufacturer name called Aristech. Any useful information here? Part of the manufacturing process tracking? Just curious. Tom

In the top photo you can see the port shut off button underneath the starboard emergency shut off knob.

Re: 12 Meter International - Diesel Emergency Shut Off
Beacon sent me all the parts probably two months ago and since tropical storm Hermine kept every one in marinas, so I decided to install them this weekend. The boat was conversion from gas to diesel so there was an aluminum gas fume safety plaque on the dash where one of the switches was supposed to...

Re: SeaWolf Windlass 520
I had no luck with the UK contact getting back to me after several tries so I made my own.
Home Depot stock aluminum, modified to fit and then dipped in rubber to coat the handle.
It works.

Re: 1987 Trojan International windshield washers wont turn off
I have the 12M Express and I found my solenoid in the arch on the starboard side. Does anyone have a part number for this? I don't think it was winterized one year, it leaks after the solenoid. The tubing goes up thru the windshield frame and is cut off at the stbd wiper. The sprayers were removed a...

Re: 12 Meter International AC update
The evaporator looks to be on it's last legs anyway so I'm glad I didn't just change the compressor.

12 Meter International AC update
My circa 1994 salon AC had a bad compressor. Tecumseh gave me a price for $600 and I would have to braise it in. For $1600, I got a brand new Dometic 16k btu unit that will fit into the starboard closet location where just the evaporator was. Now I get the salon storage back where the split system c...

Re: SeaWolf Windlass 520
One last thing. I'm missing the actual lever that goes into the clutch to release the chain so a large screwdriver worked.
There is no safety chain on my setup. Anyone have a safety set up to share? If that clutch becomes loose the anchor can free fall while underway.

Re: SeaWolf Windlass 520
I just wanted to follow up on this last project. Well after I found the relay, I jumped it and the windlass starting working. I took the foot switch off the deck and jumped that and the windlass started working too. So after all this, it is just a bad foot switch at the bow. Now I just need to find ...
