Re: engine synchronization gauge

What's the big issue. I removed mine on my F32. When do we ever run at the same RPM. In a 10km cross wind you have to adjust the RPM on each engine to maintain the same heading for any length of time. Yes/No. Easier than trying to adjust the rudders in my view.

Re: lower controls for 10.8 meter sedan

Totally agree with the above posts. I tried once to park mine backwards from the lower station. The sight lines are terrible compared to the flybridge. All of my piloting is done from the flybridge.

Re: F32 Hollow Keel

I don't know about others. But when you talk about hollow keel, what exactly are you referring to. On my 75 F32 while resting in the slip. Water always collects in the bow. If I have 2 inches there, there is nothing at the bulkhead to the engine compartment. People have talked on here about hollow k...

Re: Tuna Door

Was there a reason why this was never incorporated into the original design?

Re: Dry-docked

I believe less than a minute not an issue. Others here might agree or disagree. If you have a day or two wait for others to reply. Is the boat at a marina or your back yard.

Re: New Flybridge Controls

Thanks. Did you consider the forcing of oil down the cable to clean them out.

Re: WOT

Yes.

Not a mechanic how would I know if these are. If they are the original carter afb style carbs. If the answer is yes, are you indicating a different solution.

Re: New Flybridge Controls

Curiosity cost for both sides. I have a problem with starboard upper helm wanting to catch mainly when toggling from forward to reverse. Had looked up on trying to force oil down the cable. A couple of posts on the sight talk about it. Have not tried it yet. However if cost is reasonable probably wo...

Re: WOT

Checked for fuel, checked compression, cleaned up the distributor cap. ok pulled a plug YUK dry black fuzzy. Others wet....

Re: WOT

And I am loaded with carbon due to excessive cruising at 1500. Looking at using Sea Foam in another post.

Sea Foam Any experience with this product for heavey carbon removal. Either added to the fuel supply or added to the crank case. Good, bad or better alternatives.
