Also friendly suggestion on your platform . . . don't forget to check the mounting blocks on the inside of the stern. Are they wood or stainless steel? If wood, replace with stainless steel (prefered) or new wood.

Hello, Yeah that airbnb is a big thing and everyone coming up with ideas. I think in NY you can sleep in an old converted taxi. Here is something else to think about consider and ponder. What about Coast Guard issues? Its a vessel that floats and has motors. You take money from passengers to stay on...

Oh and good to have a soldering gun on board. Drill gun and drill bits of all sizes. I don't have a clock on my boat.

When boating, we tell time by when the sun comes up and when it goes down. Full moons are considered extra daylight!

My 78 F30 has its original 1978 props. And in the bottom of my boat closet there is a brand new set of props with original Trojan price tags.
