88 11 meter wiring diagram
Just put in a new radar system and while hooking up the power, gasped a bit when I pulled off the cover for both the helm wiring, and main junction box. In short, it is a mess. Wire 's on wrong terminals (wire to wire) jumpers here and there etc. old unused wires hanging loose. I want it right. Amyo...

Re: Boat Leaking - Help
Yes, i replaced all my window seals. I also posted it on the same thread mentioned above. Hot welded the seams same as OEM. Zero leaks. What do you mean by windscreen? Up by the helm? If your leaks are from rain, it has to be coming from cleats, rail stancions, pulpit fasteners or rode locker. I'd s...

Re: Boat Leaking - Help
Is this the express cruiser? Have you checked the anchor rode locker for a plugged drain, and or hole to the bed area? The only other access point would be the rail stancions with a leaky mounting screw or more.

Re: 1987 Trojan 10 meter windshield corner glass
I had new ones made from a shop south of chicago. I brought them my old cracked and faded ones, and they molded and made me new ones out of acrylic. They were a perfect fit. Ill post contact info. Mine was for the 11 meter, but sure they could make them for anything.

Re: 10 meter international swim platform
Not familiar with the cooosa wood. However, make sure you have the area that you connect to the brackets is well supported. If this material is not as strong as wood or stronger, you can risk cracking the shell of the platform. I started from scratch on ours and used solid wood with foam filler and ...

Re: Made a new dinghy cover!
I bought one of those cargo net units that strap the dinghy to the back of the boat. So far so good. If you have a large motor, that needs to be removed before you lift the boat out of the water. Cargo net cannot hold the motor and dinghy.

Re: Radar
Ill have to go with a new monitor. I do have a Garmin GPS, and the integration with that is not a must with the radar. So I am not stuck with Garmin ( not that I am opposed to Garmin).

Radar
Looking for some guidance (no pun intended) on what is a good radar system to upgrade to. Current unit is a raytheon (raymarine) dome with an old CRT green screen that Noah probably used during the flood. Still works, but I have little to no confidence in its life, and know it will die in the worst ...

Re: 11 meter window seals
Glad it helped. Been off for a while..... the seals worked great, but had some tight spots that I had to really push the rubber into. All in all the seals worked great and look great too.

Re: 11 meter international windshield wiper covers
Mine were old cracked and very fragile. Over the winter a used duct tape to re-shape everything, then I coated the entire cover with several layers of west epoxy. Letting the extra just drip off ( laid them on Dowels). After several coats, I removed the tape, lightly sanded, and cleanded up the edge...

Re: Heavy Oxidization
Billdean, yes, I wet sanded the entire boat. One thing that was tough to do and get well were all the small pockets on the non skid. All those little pockets were just as oxidized (probably worse) and seemed to absorb any compound and left it looking yellow. So, I wet sanded the whole deck, then sta...

Re: BOW adjuster, Bow up and down
If your are referring to your trim tabs, you are correct, They are used to assist the boat in bringing the bow of the boat down to help achieve plane. They are also used to trim the boat while under way to achieve the most effiecient fuel economy. On smaller boats, they also help you to level the bo...
