If it is a Sherwood two impeller pump (two inlet and two outlet,) you do not need to remove the pulley. Simply take the screws out in the center of the pump and pull off the rear section. The shaft will come out of the rear when you pull it apart and you can slide the front impeller and rear impelle...

I spoke to the manager of the Boater's World, in White Marsh MD, today. I have know her for many years and she told me that there was a story in the Washington post today (Thursday,) that wasn't true either. The general mananger of Boater's World had called the Washington Post to complain. I told he...

As told to me, Dave Ritz is in trouble with the Ritz Camera stores, owning to many but being that he owns Boater's World also, Boater's World comes under the chapter 11 designation too. At least this is the way it was explained to me. How tru...

I have seen boats sunk on dry land because the drain plug or plugs were never removed after they were hauled. The boats filled with water over top the engines. I know of three like that. Word to the wise, check and make sure that the marina has pulled the plug or do it yourself. John F-31 Galloway C...

I had a conversation with this gentleman, a few years back, when my best friend bought a Chris Craft that he used to own. Seems he owned a wooden boat, a few years befo...

I'm with you will. That Trojan's original asking pride was twelve, then dropped to eight. Mike went over to look at a Silverton. He was told the Silverton was sold but there was this F-32 Trojan. My favorite, although I own an F-31. Anyway, to make a long story short, Mike told the gentleman that he...

I know someone who bought a Trojan F-32 FB Express out of Edwards on Frog and Mortor Creek. Middler River fans know the boat yard. Mike paid (get this,) 4500.00 for a this 74 F-32. Boat had been repowered both engines and trans. 351 Ford's. Had Lee out riggers, tackel center built in to the cockpit ...
