After using contact adhesive and wrapping the edge with the vinyl covering I'm confident they will last another 40 years Im going to resin the luan like i did with the rest of the deck. Also g...

Re: Throttle handles

Rich, is your issue with the upper or lower helm? There are different controls for each at my helms. I bought new controls for the upper helm as it would have been a machining project to repair them. My lower controls seem to be fine. The next step for me is to see how many of the cables I will be ...

Throttle handles

Now that i got the engines running where i want them i want to look at the throttle handles. My issue is the amount of play/slack in them. Definitely is not a cable issue. Looks like some of the rivits have gotten loose or worned out. Is there any way to tighten them up again? Or am i going to have ...

Re: Flybridge Core project

Excellent job!!!!Are you going to just fare the cut lines? Or are you going to fill it with epoxy first? I would recommend just using gelcoat. The color will blend after a season or 2 and you wont even know it was done.

Can you take pictures of your interior. Mine is very dark. We were thinking of painting the walls to make them brighter. Anyone ever do this?

Re: Cappy's f32 rehab

And the the griund for the coil wasnt attached. And then the wire from the coil to the distributor was not all the way pushed in. ...
