Update on power. Turned out had a polarity problem on a extension cord I repaired. Now fixed and have power. Battery charger works. Warm weather has deck drains working. On my boat it is the windshield washer pump. yep. that's what it is. larry, if you go into the bilge, look behind the genny. you will see the pex pipe tied into the water supply. at least that's how it's installed on my boat. i've disabled the thing. don't see the need for it, not now anyway.
