Just did my 12m Sedan last weekend. When i got it out you can see how much rust. Luckily in the Sportfisherman, the heater is under the stairs, so I just lifted it out. The good news is the Raritan replacement has a plastic outer shell.

In Florida, we winterize by adding long sleeve shirts to the boat, and switching from Corona to a more full bodied beer to combat the cold.

Nothing like a water leak on a boat to make life interesting.

My 12m also has the built in pump, but to save on smashed knuckles because of clearance, I also carry a tiny bike pump (which also works great to plump up the fenders). Our 1988 12m International uses a March Mfg. AC-5C-MD Mag Drive Pump. This runs 2 A/C units and has a relay board to control it. Here in Florida it probably runs 18 hours a day almost year round, and is pretty quiet. Hope this helps.

I believe the 8V92TIB were 750 HP and were in the 14 meter.

Based on the "wings" I think it may be a Datamarine 200kz unit. Not sure it would work with a modern chartplotter, but that may be a place to start your digging.

That is a RCA connector, not a VGA. Some older Airmar transducers used this connector.
